Science in the Sun

Join us Saturday, October 17, 2020!

The 10th Annual St. Petersburg Science Festival is a regional celebration where families and the public can explore the wonders of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). Nearly 100 exhibitors with hands-on activities and experiments will be on display plus entertainment on the main stage!

During our Friday Sneak Peek Day on Friday, October 16th, hundreds of elementary students experience the wonder of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics).

The SPSF public festival on Saturday, October 17th from 10am - 4pm is held along the waterfront campus of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and Poynter Park. The event is held in conjunction with MarineQuest, the annual open house of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Fish and Wildlife Research Institute.

To share all the amazing exhibits and performances with our community, we built a virtual Science Festival. CLICK HERE to view.

Thank you to our sponsors, exhibitors, and volunteers for your efforts in creating a fabulous immersive science experience for our next generation of STEM professionals and broader community!
